Position: Pouch Assistant (Machine Assistant) Location: Woodland, WA Pay: $17.00 – $26.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the machine operator to ensure the highest quality product

  • Support machine changeovers and production transitions

  • Collect, organize, and stage production supplies within the warehouse

  • Perform quality control checks throughout production

  • Maintain accurate production records

  • Work collaboratively in a manufacturing and production environment

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

What You Need to Have:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

  • Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
The Musts:

  • Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Comfort working around machinery

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience (not required)
  • Familiarity with quality control or machine assistance
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
