We specialize in Plumbing, HVAC, and Boiler service and installation for commercial and residential customers.

 

What you' ll do:

Our Plumbing Sales/Estimator/PM is responsible for estimating and project management of plumbing projects in the Portland Metro area for commercial and residential buildings. This includes accurately estimating labor and materials, job set up and oversight, managing crew, and follow up. Ensuring quality work is executed in a timely manner within budget is key. Position interacts with both current and new customers, as well as our plumbers and office staff.

What you need to have:
  • REQUIRED: 5+ years plumbing estimation and project management experience. Experience with commercial and residential plumbing construction helpful.
  • REQUIRED: Great customer service.
  • Upper level education preferred, or equivalent job experience.
  • Demonstrated abilities of successful estimating and project management.
  • Must be comfortable talking to new and current customers about their plumbing needs.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project.
  • Must be multi-tasking, extremely organized; able to work both independently and as team player.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of construction industry practices, plumbing and mechanical building code and OSHA safety requirements.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple jobs and estimates simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Maintain integrity while conducting company business.
  • Must have valid driver’ s license and insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
