Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $16 + Monthly Bonuses ($1,000 - $2,000)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Pest Technician, your role extends beyond mere pest control. You will be the bridge between our clients' concerns and effective solutions, ensuring their spaces remain pest-free. While the application of pest management techniques will be at the forefront, your interactions with our clientele and the service you provide will shape their overall experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Salary: $16/hour with potential monthly bonuses ($1000-$2000).

- Conduct detailed inspections of properties to pinpoint pest problems and craft the right treatment solutions.
- Apply pest control treatments, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Engage with clients: understand their needs, answer queries, and offer advice on preventive steps and post-treatment upkeep.
- Maintain meticulous records: treatments, advice given, and future appointments.
- Stay updated with the latest in pest control techniques and industry best practices.
- Uphold all safety standards, especially when dealing with chemicals and tools.
- Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure streamlined scheduling and superior customer service.
- Elevate our service offerings by promoting additional company products and services to clients as apt.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent. Additional certifications in pest management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in pest control or related sectors is desired but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills, ensuring a smooth interface with both clients and teammates.
- A detail-focused approach with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Physically fit to handle varied tasks and weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license and a pristine driving record.
