Opening: Payroll Administrator
City: Tacoma, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
A premium selection of new luxury vehicles and carefully inspected pre-owned models is available to drivers in the greater Seattle area. Customers can take advantage of competitive financing options that are rarely found elsewhere. In addition to vehicle sales, professional maintenance and repair services are also offered to ensure long-term performance and reliability for drivers in Tacoma and nearby communities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will take charge of the full payroll process, making sure employees receive their pay accurately and on schedule. This includes calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions like taxes and benefits, all while ensuring strict compliance with payroll laws and regulations. You’ll work closely with HR and finance teams to keep employee records up to date and efficiently process payroll using specialized software. Additionally, you’ll serve as the go-to person for payroll-related questions, prepare tax filings, and support audits to guarantee accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
