We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Payroll Administrator to ensure all payroll processes are executed accurately and comply with governmental regulations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in processing payroll for 400-700 employees in a quiet cubicle setting.
- Ensure payroll operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and timely.
- Maintain personnel information securely and handle it with utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Administrator to achieve payroll objectives and resolve any discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
