WHO THEY ARE:
A local employee-owned Physical Therapy office with locations across Alaska. They provide care to Alaska and focus on excellence, connection, and integrity while supporting an environment of growth and positivity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide support to patients in a professional courteous and respectful manner.
Greet patients upon arrival.
Assist patients with check-in and check-out.
Schedule patients in accordance with their plan of care.
Contact insurance companies prior to patient visit to determine eligibility and coverage.
Collect co-pays and balances due.
Maintain positive reputation with the community.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
1+ years’ experience working in a medical setting is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of health care terminology helpful.
Basic computer program knowledge.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
