We’re partnering with a well-respected Anchorage clinic that is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, personable, and eager to provide excellent support to patients and care teams in a fast-paced clinical setting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Answer calls and coordinate appointments, labs, and imaging studies
- Document accurately in electronic medical records
- Process patient requests and provider orders efficiently
- Keep the front office and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
- Connect patients and families with support resources
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; business or medical coursework a plus
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; prior medical office experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn scheduling/EMR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Friendly, empathetic, dependable, and team-oriented
