Opening: Administrative Assistant
City: Wilsonville, OR
Pay: $18-22/hr.
Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
Who We Are:
Reputable swimming pool contracting company is looking to add a rockstar Part-time Administrative Assistant their team!
What You’ll Do:
This role will involve a varied number of clerical and administrative tasks, ranging from providing support for the office staff to providing customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Office opening and closing procedures.
- Answering phones
- Sorting and distributing mail and emails.
- Greeting office visitors
- Data entry
- Digital and paper filing
- Maintaining stocks of office

- Multi-tasking and time management skills

- Filing and data-entry proficiency
- Customer service/Phones
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast or slow-paced environment.
- Punctuality
- Construction or pool industry experience
