Opening: Part-Time bookkeeper
City:Â Lake Oswego, OR
Pay:Â $28-$40 per hour
M,W,F 9:30 am – 2:30pm (flexible)

Our client is a local restate developer established in 1989. They primarily focus their efforts on developing townhomes, single-family subdivisions, condominiums, and apartments. Their strategic planning has led to developing nearly a billion dollars' worth of prime real estate since 1989, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding communities.
What You’ll Do:
Efficiently manage construction draws, ensuring accurate disbursements and meticulous financial records. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to guarantee timely and precise financial reporting. Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and submit relevant financial reports to management. Part-time bookkeeper role requires experience with construction draws, project accounting expertise, QuickBooks proficiency, and flexibility for 2-3 office days per week.

-Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (QuickBooks, Excel, Word)
Preferred:
-Experience with calendar management
-2 plus years of Bookkeeping experience
