From our shop in the heart of Downtown Tacoma, we manufacture high-quality, labor-saving duct systems and sheet metal components for customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in HVAC ductwork and custom sheet metal fabrication, serving both contractors and the general public. Whether it’s a custom order or ongoing subcontracted fabrication, our experienced team is equipped to meet a wide range of project needs while maintaining the quality and industry standards established by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA).
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll assist with preparing reports, tracking expenses, organizing documentation, and ensuring transactions are properly recorded in QuickBooks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently while keeping financial information accurate and up to date.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial transactions with minimal supervision. Experience with QuickBooks, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality when working with financial information are essential.
