Opti Staffing Group is working with a trusted commercial and residential property maintenance company operating on base in Anchorage. Known for their commitment to quality and professionalism, this team is looking to bring on an experienced Painter to support their ongoing maintenance and renovation work across multiple properties.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting and surface prep work on both residential and commercial buildings. Key duties include:

Known for their commitment to quality and professionalism, this team is looking to bring on an experienced Painter to support their ongoing maintenance and renovation work across multiple properties.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting and surface prep work on both residential and commercial buildings. Key duties include:
- Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, patching, and priming
- Applying paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Repairing drywall and touching up surfaces as needed
- Ensuring clean lines, proper finish, and attention to detail on every job
- Safely using ladders and equipment to access work areas
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members on larger renovation or make-ready projects
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous painting experience required (commercial or residential settings)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
