Location: Tualatin, Oregon
Compensation: $18-20 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm

We are a supplier of a wide range of industrial solutions in many fields including automotive and aerospace. Our Tualatin location is looking for some great people!
What You’ll Do:
The role involves mixing automotive refinishing materials according to supplier formulas with precision. Key responsibilities include accurately measuring and assembling ingredients, handling paint containers of various sizes, maintaining inventory, assisting with warehouse tasks, and operating a forklift. Additionally, the position requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

What You Need to Have:
- Ability to accurately mix and measure materials based on supplier specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50-gallon drums).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to operate forklifts (training may be provided).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with mixing by Gram Scale
- Previous experience in automotive refinishing or mixing materials.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse tools.
