Known for exceptional quality and value, they built their reputation in the semiconductor industry before expanding into the commercial, medical, aerospace, and defense sectors. They are looking to add a motivated Shipping & Packaging Associate to their growing team.

What You'll Do
We're looking for someone with shipping, material handling, and packaging experience who takes pride in accuracy and organization. This is a hands-on position supporting the shipping department by ensuring parts are packaged correctly, processed accurately, and shipped on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Package parts and finished products to ensure safe, damage-free delivery
- Use an ERP system to receive inventory into stock, create packing slips, and look up parts
- Review job routers/travelers to verify parts and shipping requirements
- Prepare and palletize shipments for domestic and freight carriers
- Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriers
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
- Support the warehouse and production teams with additional material handling duties

- Previous shipping, receiving, material handling, or packaging experience
- Experience using ERP systems is preferred
- Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or freight shipping processes
- Ability to read job travelers or manufacturing paperwork
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory systems
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
- Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
