Job Description
PIPE FITTERS/MILLWRIGHTS APPLY!
Location: LONVIEW WA
Type: Contract
Duration: April 3rd to 9th
Pay: $28 per hour. Time and a half for hours worked over 8 hours per day, on Saturdays and Sundays.
We are currently seeking experienced pipe fitters to join our team for a shutdown project from April 3rd to 9th. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs. Additionally, candidates with bolt up experience and valve in valve out experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems during the shutdown period.
Fabricate and install pipe supports, brackets, and hangers.
Measure and cut pipes to required length using various tools and techniques.
Conduct pressure tests and leak tests on piping systems to ensure proper functionality.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe fitting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
Familiarity with different types of piping materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and PVC.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bolt up experience and valve in valve out experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
