Pay: $40,000 to start, $80,000 - $100,000 after the completing of training.

They are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and ethical individual to join their team as an Outside Sales Trainee. This comprehensive training program provides exposure to all aspects of the business before formalizing training as an Outside Sales Representative. You will gain valuable knowledge in product inventory, customer relationships, and more, preparing you for success in the role. They seek an outgoing, driven, and reliable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Participate in a structured training program to learn about the company's products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge.
- Shadow and assist experienced sales professionals in the field, learning from their expertise and observing successful sales strategies.
- Actively prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adapt and learn from feedback and performance evaluations to enhance sales skills and improve overall effectiveness.
- Pay: $40,000 to start, $80,000 - $100,000 after the completing of training.
