Outside Sales Representative 
Location: Oregon (Field-Based – Bend, WA, Coast, Southern OR & beyond)
Pay: $70,000–$85,000/year DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Mostly Field-Based

With a brand-new, impressive facility and a strong reputation in the market, they are ready to add the right Outside Sales Manager to their team — someone looking for a career, not a quick commission check.

What You’ll Do
This is a true Account Management + Hunter role.

You will:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships

  • Develop new business through daily cold calling and follow-up

  • Work provided leads while actively generating your own

  • Travel throughout Oregon and into Washington

  • Spend most of your day in the field meeting contractors

  • Create and execute a daily sales plan

  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, warehouse, and management

  • Build long-term, reoccurring sales relationships

This is relationship-based selling. If you’re not comfortable hearing “no” and following up anyway — this isn’t your role.

The Musts

  • Looking for a long-term career (not short-term commission chasing)

  • Coachable and trainable

  • Comfortable with a growth curve — this role can take up to two years to fully ramp

  • Open to hands-on guidance from leadership early on

  • Strong follow-up skills

Note: Roofing sales experience is NOT required.

Overqualified candidates looking for a quick win are not the right fit. We are looking for someone hungry to grow within the organization.

Management Style
You’ll report to Outside Sales Manager and occasionally the General Manager

  • No micromanagement

  • Highly involved leadership

  • Morning strategy meetings

  • Goal setting, target planning, and collaborative problem-solving

Outside Sales Manager is hands-on and invested in developing the right person.
