Opening: Outside Sales Associate
City: Anchorage, AK
WHO THEY ARE:
Our company works with a variety of printed products that highlight Alaska and its unique culture and landscapes. In addition to developing our own materials, we also partner with other publishers and independent creators by providing support throughout the production process—from refining content and design to helping bring finished projects to market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will focus on building relationships with retailers and partners who may be interested in carrying the company’s Alaska-inspired print products. Your role involves identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining connections with existing accounts, and representing the company’s offerings to stores, gift shops, and other potential outlets. You’ll help expand market presence by introducing products to new customers, supporting orders, and ensuring clients have what they need to successfully offer the materials to their own customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
The ideal candidate has a natural ability for sales and enjoys building genuine relationships with customers. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to new prospects, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow business over time. A passion for books and an interest in Alaska’s history, culture, and information is a plus. This role is a great fit for someone who is motivated to develop long-term partnerships and take ownership of growing their own book of business.
