Location: Tigard, Oregon
Compensation: $23+ DOE
Shift: Day – Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
This role is all about safely and efficiently handling fabricated materials from the shop to outbound trailers. You will be:

Safely operating an overhead crane to load flat-deck semi-trailers with a variety of fabricated steel shapes and sizes (think real-life puzzles).

Performing load verification to ensure accuracy and quality.

Using an iPad or tablet for tracking, documentation, and yard coordination.

Safely operating a forklift for material movement.

Stacking and nailing wood on trailers to meet specific load requirements.

Receiving fabricated materials, staging them on the ground, and preparing them for shipment.

Working closely with a tight-knit team that prioritizes safety, cooperation, and accountability.
This is outdoor work year-round—you’ll be in the sun, snow, and rain. Adequate PPE will be provided for every season.

What You Need to Have:

Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Commitment to safety and accountability
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with load securement
-
Knowledge of proper stacking and bracing techniques

Familiarity with yard coordination and inventory management tools
