Mortuary Transport Driver Location: NE Portland, OR
Pay: $21-$22/hr Hours: Full-time | Day Shift ($21) & Night Shift ($22)
12 hour on call shift, 9 hour guarantee

You will be responsible for bringing the deceased into our care on behalf of the funeral homes we represent. You will transport and handle the deceased with professionalism and care. You will offer excellent compassion and customer service to the family and leave a positive experience as it will be their last memory of their recently deceased.

What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for bringing the deceased into our care on behalf of the funeral homes we represent. You will transport and handle the deceased with professionalism and care. You will offer excellent compassion and customer service to the family and leave a positive experience as it will be their last memory of their recently deceased.
What You Need to Have:
- Valid drivers license (Second chance employer)
- Legible handwriting skills
- Ability to lift and move items over 100 lbs
- Ability to work with deceased individuals of all ages
Hair & Body Art Policy:
- Facial hair should be neatly trimmed, and long hair must be well-kept in a mainstream color
- No offensive visible tattoos; visible piercings are limited to one small stud (eyebrow, nose, or lip)
- Ear piercings must be flesh colored plugs (not tunnels) if larger than ½ in
- Jewelry should be business-like and inoffensive
- Sunglasses are not to be worn in client-facing situations
