Position: Operators 3Â
Location:Â Vancouver, WA
Pay: $17-22/hr.
Schedule:
- Weekend Day Shift
- Â Swing Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, clean, load, inspect, and operate parts in 1-4 production machines with minimal supervision.
- Follow written instructions, work orders, and standard programs.
- Adhere to instructions provided by the supervisor or lead.
- Regularly train and guide other operators.

- Experience operating production machines.

- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills for training and guiding other operators.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar production environment.
- Familiarity with a variety of production machines and processes.
