Opening:Â Operations Support Staff
City: SWÂ Lake Oswego, OR
Pay:Â $24-28/hr DOE
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

A fast-paced, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL financial investment & planning firm is looking for a rock-star Operations Support Assistant to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: phones, emails, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, research, filing (paper and electronic), paperwork processing support (IRA distributions, new account paperwork), processing mail (sorting, prepping, sending, etc.), office maintenance (dishes, tidy lobby, water plants, etc.).

What You Need to Have:

Great communication skills (written and verbal sentence structure/grammar)
Ownership mentality
Works well autonomously
Understanding of a highly regulated industry with confidentiality concerns
