WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic finance office. This is a front-facing, administrative role that requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a team of finance professionals with administrative tasks
- Handling incoming calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Managing and maintaining client documentation and data entry
- Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties
- Providing exceptional service to clients and internal teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of professional office administrative experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Interest in finance or financial services a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
