  Production Assistant – Entry Level
Location: Northeast Portland, OR (Onsite)
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

Our team specializes in helping property owners recover from damage with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, customer communication, and operational excellence. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and highly organized Production Assistant to support our field and office teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Review Smartsheet each morning and send out daily staff availability reminders
  • Track time entries and confirm DASH notes are completed by staff
  • Confirm upload of Matterport, Docusketch, or drone footage to DASH
  • Create and maintain job site folders, including digital QR code access
  • Assist in tracking and organizing inventory (e.g., Board Up materials)
  • Order and coordinate delivery of dumpsters, fencing, porta potties, storage containers, and security systems to job sites
  • Schedule and track permit applications and parking reservations
  • Track fleet vehicle assignments, schedule maintenance, and manage loaner availability
  • Maintain clean and current vendor list and contact details
  • Track and file asbestos and lead testing reports
  • Monitor DASH compliance and permit documentation
  • Send project progress updates to clients on Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Distribute weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports and update Smartsheet data
  • Schedule and conduct check-ins with Coordinators to track project status
  • Assist with tracking and organizing extra materials from completed jobs

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or DASH systems is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is helpful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver’s license
