Position: Project Manager / Inside Sales
Location: Woodland, WA
Pay: $27–$30+ per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
In this Project Manager / Inside Sales role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from estimation through production. Your key duties will include:

Estimating project costs and preparing proposals

Managing jobs until each order is produced
-
Scheduling work and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients

Supporting inside sales efforts and providing excellent customer service

What You Need to Have:

Experience with estimating and project scheduling

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Customer service mindset with a team-oriented approach
Preferred:

Background in construction, concrete, or manufacturing

Previous experience in inside sales or client account management

Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems
