Accounts Payable / Cost Analyst
Location: On-site - Woodburn
Pay: $25-27hr DOE
Schedule: Flexible 7am-3:30pm or 8-4pm
Who We Are:
Our client is a well-established manufacturer focused on precision, quality, and efficiency in home and park model construction. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Cost Analyst to support purchasing, production, and cost control operations. This is a key role that directly impacts pricing accuracy, production efficiency, and overall profitability.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for homes, park models, and sales options
• Ensure BOMs reflect current construction methods, drafting prints, and production builds
• Work closely with the sales team to create and maintain accurate option pricing
• Update material costs in the ERP system as needed
• Develop new BOMs as required
• Assist in managing damaged and obsolete materials
• Support efforts to control and reduce material waste
• Monitor production processes through on-site observation
• Perform accounts payable support duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Have:
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret construction/production prints
• Basic understanding of residential construction methods
• Strong spreadsheet and data management skill
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred:
• Experience working with ERP systems (Deacom or similar)
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Prior cost analysis or BOM development experience
