OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! 
Opening: Engineering Technician 3
City: Vancouver Area
Schedule: M–F | 7am to 3:30pm (must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends, and overnights as needed)
Compensation: $23.50/hr starting pay

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Engineering Technician 3, you’ll work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support and improve manufacturing operations. You’ll be involved in everything from troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and furnaces to implementing new procedures and systems. You’ll assist in testing, scoping, and launching projects, train operators, and help set up new production systems.

You’ll also use your strong technical skills and judgment to work through moderately complex challenges, recommend solutions, and sometimes take the lead on smaller projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

The Musts:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and furnaces

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing systems and processes

  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overnights as needed

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to train others and lead smaller projects when needed
