Opening: Customer Service Representative
City: Tacoma, WA

We are a top rail transfer and bulk truck delivery company serving the West Coast, and our collective transport and storage management experience exceeds 100 years.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The customer service representative handles calls related to scheduling transportation and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Issues are resolved with professionalism and courtesy, aiming for one-call resolution. All calls are managed efficiently, following departmental guidelines, while ensuring confidentiality. All member and provider information is entered accurately, transportation services are coordinated, and necessary follow-up is performed. The ideal customer service representative stay informed about demonstrate flexibility in job duties, and maintain key performance metrics, including handling time, quality scores, and attendance. The representative also manages trip scheduling, processes work orders, and reports issues for resolution.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
- $20-$22/hr to start
- Medical/Dental/Vision
- Monday through Friday schedule
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be proficient in both verbal and written English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment is required.
- Exemplary written communication and phone skills are required.
- Ability to relate to a diversity of customers and requests is required.
- Ability to identify with customer needs and circumstances are required.
- Punctuality and excellent attendance are critical and are required.
