WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a temporary administrative assistant you'll support the property manager with daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. You may also assist with preparing lease agreements, updating tenant records, and coordinating maintenance requests. HUD experience is necessary, as you’ll be expected to handle documents and processes related to affordable housing programs accurately. Strong organizational and communication skills will help you stay on top of tasks and ensure smooth operations during your time in the role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Monday through Friday 8-4:30 or 8:30-5
- Pay: $26-$32/hr DOE
- Close access to public transit.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- HUD knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications and tech-savvy
- Strong communication and punctuality is required to be successful in this role.
