OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Welder / Fabricator
Location:Â Salem, OR
Pay: $DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Who We Are
Our client is a trusted supplier and fabrication shop providing high-quality industrial products and services. They specialize in custom solutions that support manufacturing, construction, and industrial operations with reliable craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
-
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, fixtures, and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions.

Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, torches, and plasma cutters.

Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

Assist with general shop duties, including cutting, measuring, and preparing materials for production.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

What You Need to Have
-
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
-
Strong MIG welding skills (TIG and stick experience a plus).
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.

Experience with fabrication tools and shop equipment.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
-
Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team setting.
