Location: NE Portland, OR – Onsite
Pay: $21, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full Time

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and operations-minded Customer Solutions Specialist to support customer inquiries, order processing, and warehouse coordination. This is a multi-functional role combining customer service, consultative support, administrative accuracy, and hands-on operational assistance.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Ask clarifying questions to understand project requirements and recommend products
• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
• Enter and review orders in the order management system
• Process payments and generate invoices
• Maintain organized customer records and order histories
• Communicate order status and shipping timelines
• Coordinate order flow from office to warehouse
• Generate shipping labels and prepare orders for pickup
• Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping as needed
• Support inventory counts and discrepancy reporting
• Operate light machinery (cable cutting equipment) after training
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and in a small team setting
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred:
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
• Exposure to shipping, logistics, or inventory processes
• Ability to learn technical or product-based information
