Project Manager – Disaster Restoration
Location: NE Portland
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour, DOE
Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You'll manage job sites, lead crews, and act as the key point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors—ensuring that projects stay on track, on budget, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of multiple restoration projects (water, fire, mold, storm)
• Schedule and supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Conduct job site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and document progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors
• Maintain accurate project documentation including work orders, invoices, and timelines
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery
• Resolve issues on-site and make timely decisions to keep jobs moving forward
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction
What You Need to Have:
• 2–4 years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
• Construction or disaster recovery background strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand estimates, job scopes, and blueprints
• Basic tech skills (email, mobile apps, project tracking software)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
