WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude and assist with check-in and scheduling
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment reminders
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments
- Support chiropractors and staff with daily administrative needs
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office atmosphere
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience (medical office preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
