Opening: Engineering Coordinator
City: Milton, WA

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Engineering Design Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting projects from initial concept through to final construction drawings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating site walks, preparing permits, and creating design and traffic control plans for submittals. You'll also prepare survey documents, as-built completed work, and update electronic records with critical information. This role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to safety procedures and protocols throughout all phases of the work.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
M-F 6:30am-3pm OR 7am-3:30pm
Competitive hourly pay $26-30/hr

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
To be successful as an Engineering Design Coordinator, candidates should have experience working in a construction office environment—preferably in telecom, electrical, commercial, DOD, or utility projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is important, along with strong skills in AutoCAD (2016 or later), Civil 3D, and technical documentation. Ideal candidates are comfortable with Outlook calendars, navigating server directories, and communicating professionally through various channels. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and analytical with a problem-solving mindset is key to excelling in this role.
