Warehouse Customer Support Administrator - Inventory Management
Location: Chandler, AZ
Compensation: Up to $22/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri, Day shift

What You'll Do:
We are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator to join our newly developed team based here in the Northwest!
- Manage project tasks identified by the Site Manager to Improve the performance of processes and deliverables
- Deal with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Liaise with customers to resolve Issues, answer questions, etc.
- Perform various actions, reporting and input of Information on software system as required
- Liaise effectively with Internal team members to complete tasks and distribute Information

Salary: $18Â - $22Â an hour depending on experience

The Musts:
- Ability to successfully pass a full drug screen and background check
- Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to use own initiative and work Independently
- Tech savvy
- Previous experience using software systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Projects, MS Office Suite with a moderate to high proficiency in Excel
- Good Interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high deliver a high level of customer service in a friendly and polite manner
- Flexible, reliable, hard-working with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with extended periods on your feet
Preferred:
- Strong technical ability!
