Job Description

AS9100 Auditor
City: Canby, OR
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm - Temporary for up to 6 months

What You’ll Do:

As an AS9100 Auditor, you will help prepare our client for their certification and surveillance audits. You will ensure that their Quality Management System and manufacturing process meets all applicable requirements. 
  • Plan, schedule, and perform internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) against AS9100 requirements.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and nonconformances, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the creation and execution of an audit readiness plan to prepare for external certification.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on AS9100 requirements, internal audit processes, and compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality) to align operations with AS9100.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AS9100 and ISO 9001

What You Need to Have:
  • Proven auditing experience in an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment.
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred.
    Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Experience preparing organizations for certification and surveillance audits.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple levels of staff and leadership.
