SR Tax Accountant
Location:Â Vancouver, WA Metro area
Pay:Â $80 - $100K - Direct Hire

 What You’ll Do
 What You Need to Have
- Experience with corporate tax as it relates to the real estate and construction industries
- Experience with tax, accounting, and assurance services in accordance with GAAP
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Identify advisory opportunities to improve clients’ business outcomes
- Meet deadlines, revenue targets, and workflow goals
- Collaborate with a team that values integrity, efficiency, and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA required)
- 4yrs+ of public accounting experience (real estate or construction client exposure preferred)
- Strong command of GAAP, corporate taxation, and client advisory
- Proficient with accounting software (Thomson Reuters, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to self-manage and deliver on tight deadlines
- A curious mindset and the initiative to identify growth opportunities
