Pay: $30 - $40
Schedule: Flexible Part Time or Full Time Monday through Friday 8 to 5

We are partnering with a growing organization that needs immediate accounting support. The department is working through a backlog of reconciliations and audit related tasks and is looking for an experienced Accountant who can step in, bring organization, and help stabilize processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support daily accounting operations and general ledger activity
- Clean up backlogged reconciliations and financial records
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation review
- Support month end close and financial reporting
- Organize and streamline accounting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior accounting experience required
- Strong general ledger experience preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct highly preferred
- Controller or HR exposure is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY:
- Part Time: Flexible days and hours based on candidate preference
- Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 to 5 with one hour lunch
- Hybrid available for full time employees, up to two remote days per week with proper home setup
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Background check required
- Drug screen required excluding marijuana
