- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
- Support the Office Manager with day to day duties as needed
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office presence
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with basic computer and data entry work
- Reliable and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
