Opening: Front Desk Admin
City: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $18 - $19
WHO THEY ARE:
We are Anchorage's #1 local sales/recruiting agency with a ton of energy! We are currently seeking a dynamic salesperson to add to our team. This is not the type of position where you will have to come in and develop a whole new client list. This position has an extensive book of business, and we need someone who wants to add to that.
No two days are the same in our industry! We change lives and we have fun. I'm seeking someone that is fun, dedicated, and wants to give it 100% every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answers phone calls from clients and candidates and route to the appropriate person
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Confirm interviews with incoming candidates
- Ensure all onboarding documents have been sent to candidates prior to their interview times
- Assist candidates with onboarding documents as needed
- Updates all contact information for clients and contacts as necessary
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data weekly
- Verify payroll accuracy by auditing for discrepancies
- Send invoices to clients weekly
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years working in an office setting
- Experience working with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
