They are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help grow their team of CNAs and caregivers, ensuring clients receive the support they need from qualified, caring professionals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for CNA and caregiver roles
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through job postings, outreach, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts
- Coordinate the onboarding process including background checks, reference checks, and compliance requirements
- Represent the company at job fairs and community events to promote opportunities
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or caregiving industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles at once
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is a plus
- Passion for helping people and connecting caregivers with meaningful work
