Pay: $22 - $28 per hour

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) function, working closely with the HR Manager, owner, and project managers to ensure financial accuracy and smooth operations. Responsibilities include: Managing AP and Payroll with precision and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) function, working closely with the HR Manager, owner, and project managers to ensure financial accuracy and smooth operations. Responsibilities include: Managing AP and Payroll with precision and efficiency.
- Processing and managing all AP with precision and timeliness
- Handling cost accounting, AR, and financial auditing as needed
- Cleaning up and organizing financial records—perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos
- Navigating QuickBooks Desktop to manage vendor records, payments, and reconciliation
- Collaborating in a casual yet professional environment alongside a team of strong personalities
- A solid background in the construction industry (required)
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (QuickBooks Online-only experience is not sufficient)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A willingness to clean up and restructure financial processes
- Drug-free status (DOT random drug testing is required)
- $22 - $28 to start W/ Review for increase at 90 days

- PTO/Vacation
- 401K W/ Match
- $100 per week gas reimbursement (even though no travel is required).
- PTO accrual after one year.
- A casual work environment — jeans and a hoodie are just fine!
