Pay: 19–$20 per hour, DOE | Full-Time

Opening: Office Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Office Receptionist to start ASAP! WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet clients, vendors, and guests with a professional and courteous attitude
- Answer multi-line phones, take detailed messages, and direct calls as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Support office operations: data entry, scanning, filing, email communication
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for basic tasks
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with mail and deliveries
- Support other departments as needed and adapt to shifting priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Basic computer literacy – experience with ChatGPT is a big plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Reliable, professional, and ready to jump in right away
BENEFITS:
- $19–$20/hr starting wage
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM schedule
