Opening: Part Time AP/AR Specialist
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour, DOE

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization in Anchorage that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. This team is passionate about their mission and looking for someone who shares that same drive.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Part Time AP/AR Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the organization’s day-to-day financial operations. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely processing of accounts payable and receivable. Key duties include:
- Processing vendor invoices and payments
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with billing, collections, and cash receipts
- Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of AP/AR experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset
BENEFITS:
- $20–$24/hour starting pay, depending on experience
