Opening: Executive Assistant
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, DOE
COMPANY INFO:
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a respected Anchorage-based nonprofit that plays a vital role in youth development and community programs. This organization is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support its four key executive leaders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the organization’s CEO, CFO, COO, and Chief Development Officer. You’ll be the glue that keeps the leadership team moving efficiently by:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
- Preparing reports, presentations, and board materials
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Attending and documenting leadership meetings as needed
- Acting as a liaison between departments and the executive team
- Supporting special projects and helping ensure timely execution of initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in an executive or high-level administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
- Nonprofit experience highly preferred
