This is a unique role that will report directly to the owner/president of the company.  You will be a key contributor! With that said, you will be expected to execute on initiatives and be trusted to make executive decisions.  It is a unique role that will encompass customer service supervision and accounting support.  This person will be onboarded and then given the freedom to build their support team. 

  This company is growing rapidly, and you will be a big part of planning and forecasting and you need to be confident contributing and sharing your opinions.  You will be responsible for helping with planning and overseeing staff at both the corporate location in OR and the second location in AZ.  This is not a startup operation, this is an established company with 30 years of experience and a great name in the marketplace.  They have recently expanded their business and have started to grow rapidly.

  Salary is 60k range to start with potential bonus structure, benefits and they can offer some flexibility regarding schedule.
