OPTI IS HIRING FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER!
We are working with a small machine shop located in Ridgefield, WA and they are looking for strong multi-tasker who motivated and able to troubleshoot on a frequent basis. This is a contract to hire position. $28 and full benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:

Basic accounting practices

Purchasing of materials from existing vendors

Processing payroll, AP/AR
-
Will be working with the VP
-
Office processes and procedures
-
Production planning and scheduling
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Accounting in a manufacturing setting
-
ERP system experience
-
nFORM preferred but not required
-
Production planning / scheduling experience
-
Experience with the manufacturing setting
-
Microsoft Office Suite
-
Bill of material (BOM) experience preferred
-
Experience in managing a small team
-
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule: Monday – Friday Full Time
Wage: $30 per hour
