WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising front office staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Overseeing scheduling, billing, and patient records management
- Handling HR functions, including hiring, training, and staff development
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Managing office budgets, vendor relationships, and supply inventory
- Providing leadership and problem-solving support to ensure high-quality patient care
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous office management experience in a medical or dental setting required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling, billing, and patient management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical/dental software
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
