Opening: Office Manager

COMPANY INFO:
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with an award-winning commercial, residential, retail, and professional General Contractor based in Anchorage, AK. They are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform a wide variety of general administrative and office support activities.
- Manage the reception area and oversee office building maintenance.
- Interface professionally with staff and guests.
- Develop and implement strong office management processes.
- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Track expenses and assist in completing expense reports.
- Manage fleet insurance coverage and policies.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements for out-of-town construction work.
- Provide backup support with receptionist activities.
- Assist with proposals, resumes, and pre-qualifications for Project Management and Estimating teams.
- File contracts, maintain databases, and prepare contract summaries.
- Collect, organize, and store project-specific information.
- Participate in planning and executing company events and seasonal office decorating.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- 3 years of administrative experience required; construction knowledge preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Service and client-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
- Works independently and as a team player.
- Leadership and self-motivation.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
