-Full Charge Bookkeeping 
-Basic HR Duties
-Detailing customer invoices
-Answering and transferring phone calls
-Calendar management
-Wearing multiple hats and handling whatever needs to be done

My client is looking for a stellar Office Manager to add to the team! My client has cultivated a relaxed office environment where everyone' s input is important and providing stellar customer service is a must. This is a place where thinking outside of the box is always encouraged.


-Ability to switch from task to task and prioritize
-Be self-motivated
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
-Experience with payroll
