WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Office Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This includes handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and maintaining clean, organized common areas. You’ll also support administrative and financial tasks such as processing mail, scheduling, entering payables, reconciling credit card receipts, and assisting with invoices and job codes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining business licenses and subcontractor insurance certificates, completing vendor credit applications, and working closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial records.

M-F 7:30am-4pm
Competitive hourly pay $23-$26/hr

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
For the Office Coordinator role, candidates should have experience using Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, Outlook, and Word—and be comfortable operating a multi-line phone system, preferably VoIP. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Familiarity with the construction industry’s business cycle and terminology is a plus, along with solid clerical and administrative abilities to support daily office operations.
